Great location. Fantastic views, and amazing staff. Yes, there can be a wait for the elevators, but for me the amazing staff far outweighs the elevator times. A special thank you to Mohendra!
Customer service of the staff was a standout. Great views and location. Only challenge was long elevator lines. Would stay again.
Great location, lovely views and staff. Large, but dated rooms. Carpets need replacing as many have mentioned. No ability to use streaming apps or even aircast to the TV, which feels like it should...
Another amazing stay and our home away from home... its been our "go to" for over 13 years now...Perfect location, even when the snowstorm of the century shut the city down. Will always stay here!
