Lovely hotel, very easy to access the tube from. we walked for around 25 mins to shaftesbury ave. Victor was great at check in, very efficient and lovely to talk to.
Our check-in was smooth and quick, Adrian was attentive and helpful whenever assistance was needed and the room allocated to us was sweet and cozy, just what we needed after searching other places...
Rare experience for me paid for by friend's work (long story) but loved the hotel and all parts of the experience. Bedroom was awesome, breakfast enjoyable and staff super-friendly 🥰
I had a lovely stay at Malmaison for a work trip. The room was comfortable and clean, and Victor from the front desk was fantastic!
