This hotel stay could have been really good. Based off the Trip Advisor reviews, it should have been excellent. For us, there were too many things that missed the mark to give it a higher review...
All in all a great experience. The Pool area is perfect to relax and the staff is very friendly.
I think somebody hacked the review section. So many great reviews - something isn't right... This hotel is no way up to Hyatt Regency standards, but so is the daily room rate. The price of 140-150...
