A great central hotel handy to all Sydney CBD amenities. Stayed in the heritage section which is wonderful accomodation.
Needs improvement in terms of renovation in order to meet 5-star hotel standards. The headboard did show signs that it neede replacing, not to mention the visible head stains from sweat of the many...
Very good and central location but very tired rooms in Heritage section, staff service was inconsistent.
