From the pool to the restaurant to the gym to the rooms and general facilities. They are all brilliant and the staff are superb and the view from the rooms of the harbour are to die for! Definitely...
Really nice rooms, convenient location, plenty to do around the area. The staff were polite, its easy to get Taxi / Uber to and from here and a significant amount of places to eat and drink.
Unfortunately we were only given early check-in by 30 minutes notified via text message, but otherwise the overall level of service was excellent from the front hotel staff taking our luggage upon...
Not 5 star, dreadful, an insult to the brand. Queues on arrival. Chaotic unappealing low end lobby, only one restaurant which is so vile I walked straight out, it’s just a corner area off the lobby...
